Transformational Leader - The Ryan White

Transformation leadership is defined as a leadership approach that causes cangesin individuals and social system. In its deal from its create valuable and positive change in the followers with the end goal of developing followers in to leaders.

There are so many transformational leaders in the world few of them are like Ryan White.

Ryan White who became national post child for HIV/AIDS in the united states. Ryan White who discovered his contracted AIDS through contaminated blood product and then braved from attending school after being expelled  from middle school co-oporation in Russiaville indiana just one side  komoko unfairly judged and emotionally abounced by the comminity .

Ryan White and his mother engage the service of high powered attorney to win back him basic rights to attend school.while isolated in middle school after that he started to make awarness about HIV while appeared frequently on television, newspaper to discuss tribulation with the disease eventually he become known as a poster child for the AIDS crisis appearing  in fundraising ad educational  campaigns for the syndroms  White participated in numerous public benefits for children with AIDS. In 1988  Ryan White  spoke before the president Commission of HIV epidemic Ryan White told  the commission of the discrimination he had faced  when e first tried o return to school but how education about the disease had made him welcome in the town of cicero as the example of the power and importance of AIDS education. On March 29,1990 Ryan got hospitalized and he was deluged with calls from well-wishers Ryan White died on April 8,1990. Over 1500 people attended Ryan funeral on April 11  on the day of funeral Ronald Reagon wrote a tribute to Ryan that appeared in the Washington post Reagon statement about AIDS and white funeral were seen as indicates of how greatly Ryan White had helped change preception of AIDS.

“RYAN ALWAYS SAID; I’M JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE WITH AIDS  NO MATTER  HOW I GOT IT AND HE WOULD NEVER HAVE LIVED AS LONG AS HE DIED WITHOUT THE GAY COMMINITY THE PEOPLE WE KNEW IN NEW YORK MAE SURE WE KNEW ABOUT THE LATEST TREATMENT WAY BEFORE WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN IN INDIANA I HEAR RYAN’S MOTHER TODAY SAY THERE’RE NOT GONNA WORK WITH NO GAY COMMINITY ON ANYTHING WELL, IF IT COMES TO YOUR SON’S LIFE YOU BETTER START CHANGING YOUR HEART AND YOUR ATTITUDE AROUND “

In August 1990 four months after Ryan Whites death, congress enacted THE RYAN WHITE comprehensive AIDS resources emergency (care)(act often known simply as the Ryan White care act)in his honor. This act is the United states largest federally funded program for people living with HIV/AIDS. The Ryan White care act funds program to improve availability of care for low income uninsured and under insured victims of AIDS and their families.
