Trams (Streeters in the USA )were first developed in the late nineteenth century however they provided cheap and convenient mass transport in many cities . In nineteenth century rail based system were very expensive maintain . their fixed track meat the system was inflexible after that during 1950-1960 many expense mid Asian cities closed Trans system  due to their clashes  today in 20^th century trams are becoming popular again there are some cities like Paris and Manchester are building new system their frames are less polluting then years are cheaper to operate the problem will remain same with construction cost and traffic congestion blocking tracks after expense of building modern trams ways means that they were remain controversial.
